Hi
We have just upgraded our V6 boxes to 360 and we are really struggling with setting up recordings On the old system we could, for example, set a series link for NCIS Los Angeles to record all episodes including old seasons as and when they would be shown (even if not available now). Now, as far as we can make out we can only record from season 12 because that is all that is available at this time or seasons 8-11 with Paramount +.
Are we missing something here or do we have to keep looking for old episodes.
Also we set a recording schedule for Fortune Hotel, the 360 box advised us that the series had finished and it would record new programs when available, a pop up box appeared in the top right corner saying it was being scheduled. It does not show in the planed recordings so cannot find out how to see it as a planned recording?
would appreciate any help
TIA
Jon

Hi Jon,
Series links are completely different with the 360 compared to the V6, with the V6 you could record a series across different channels you can't do this with the the 360.
I would use the Advanced options for setting your series links and if you use the "New Only" option that should record all your NCIS LA episodes as and when they become available, the "New" includes anything the box hasn't recorded before if I am not mistaken. If you just use the basic series link option it will keep recording repeats that you have watched and deleted.

TV360 is a completely different platform to TiVo/V6, so the conversion is much like "upgrading" from Apple to Android or vice-versa.
