Need TV360 box but confused how to order

I have been a customer of Virgin for years & I've been told that I need to order a TV360 box because the current is out of date. I have been trying to find how to order it from my control panel without success, please can someone say how do I order it? Thanks for any help!

Which box do you currently have, you can check here the V6  box just might not support some of the latest apps.

In addition... if you have a TiVo, these are being actively replaced with V6 which run the same SW.

In parallel, VM are continuing to actively encourage migrations to TV360 which is completely different SW.

I’ve just recently (after two months of waiting) got the 360 and I wish I hadn’t ! Recordings of stv/itv have pictures which are all scrambled and not of the program chosen, the remote is rubbish and cheap feeling and you have to do umpteen steps were before you used to press 1 button.
