Hi. My mini box won't schedule recordings or delete recorded programmes. Also recordings on mini box buffering for a second or two repeatedly. I am on Volt and download speeds registering over 1000mb in the room with mini box. Any suggestions please.

Hi Alan,
Your main box needs to set to fast start or active start so the mini box can wake it up if it's in standby and not switched off.
How is the mini box connected to the hub, WiFi or ethernet cable if it's WiFi and connected to the 5ghz channel try connecting to the 2.4ghz channel it might be slower but a stronger signal and still fast enough for streaming.

Sorted the standby situation which sorted the deleting issue. Can you advise on how to select the different ghz channels.

If you haven't got 5G and 2.4G bands then you need to split your Wi-Fi network, instructions on how to do that are in link below, when you have selected Advanced Settings you will also need to select Wireless, Wireless Signal and click on Disable Channel Optimization at the bottom then click on Apply Changes.

If you are using pods don't split your network.
Virgins Wi-Fi pods require the hub's Channel Optimization to be enabled.
