MA1/2 Error when updating

hi, I know some people have had this error but following a restart and holding of the + button whilst turning on and/or unplugging for more than 30 minutes has not worked for me. Background: I have...

    Well just to let you know, I retried again today and have managed to get it updated.

     

    i went to the lesser used box and held the + button whilst I restarted. This then did the same as the main box and downloaded something as it started. I followed the process and all worked.

    I then tried my main box but got a message asking me to reboot and a slightly different message as I had tried to force the update uninstall 360 now.

     I then did a disconnect from the mains and therefore a reboot of my main box and it auto updated without the + button option for that. 

    so it does seem that the process was started on my lesser used box although I didn’t actually start it myself.

    just in case anyone else needs this.
