Yep, I’m having the exact same issue and have reported to Tech Support who have raised a ticket but say it could take 3-4 days to resolve

@em07 @daniel_et I had the exact same issue and it was because I’d updated my V6 box to 360 and this affected IPlayer. Only resolution was to have box replaced with new box with 360 pre loaded (engineer visit)
Working fine now.

Nearly always better to start your own thread explaining individual issues, than add "me too" to someone else's. I've split your two posts into their own thread. I didn't see anything in the original thread that would have been directly caused by a conversion from V6 > TV360.
