What, specifically, do you mean by editing series links?

TV360 doesn't have a Series Link manager in the same way as TiVo/V6 does.

Hi RossRicky

If you already have a series link set up then go to 'Recordings > Recorded then 'View all'. Click on View all so you see a written list instead of the icon list.

Highlight the program that has a series link so there is a red line under the title, and move the cursor to the pencil (edit) icon to the right of the delete icon, and click OK. You are then shown a set of 4 options which you can use to fine tune the series. eg Record all from series  x only, or all from series x and onwards. Also Keep at most last 3, 5, 10 or all episodes, and you can also alter the extra time before and after the program

You can also edit a series recording from the main EPG by clicking the red record button for that program which opens up a menu giving you the option to delete that planned recording or delete all and cancel future recordings.

Many thanks for your interest and help...  I have two TV 360 and I want to be able to record to one or the other, but not both as at present.

A-ha. This can & can't be done.

Fundamentally TV360 is based around one recording box with additional slave boxes - and thus the central recording pool for all boxes is how TV360 is designed.

If you've converted V6 and thus have multiple TV360-masters, you can use the advanced options when setting recordings, to choose which master-box you record on. It won't alter the one pooled list of recordings, though.

You might be confused by the same recordings showing in the list on both boxes.  As it's a shared recording list. the program will however only be recorded on one box.

Go to Recordings > Recorded > View All, and then move the cursor up to the top of the screen so that Recorded is highlighted in red.  You can then open a new drop down menu which has 4 options :-

Recorded  (this shows all recordings irrespective of the box they were made on)

Recorded on the Virgin TV box

Planned

Planned on this Virgin TV box.

You can't set the same series links to record on both boxes, however you can fine tune series links to record on one box, irrespective of it being your default recording box.

When setting up a new series link go to Advanced and select which box you want the recording to be made on. It will then be recorded on that box going forward. If though you've already got a series link set up for a particular program  and want to change it so it will record on the other box then you need to cancel that series link, and then set it up to record again, using the advanced options when you press record.
