Pease can someone tell me how to talk to someone? TV360 screen is blank on all TV apps. I've rebooted etc. Rang 150 - line is not working. Tried 0345 -1111 was disconnected and put to online help. That couldn't find the issue - option was 'Call us' - back to hell.
what do I do?

When phoning choose the option to report a fault, then ignore all the options offered and hopefully you should then be placed into a queue to speak to someone.
The lines are closed now the best time to call is at 8am when they open.
Is live TV working OK and it's just the apps that are not working, if it's just the apps that would point towards your hub connection from the 360, is the 360 connected to the hub using ethernet cable or wi-fi.

Can you confirm if you are able to watch live TV okay? Is it just the apps that are not working?
