Hi savo67
Thanks for posting on the forums in regards to your issue, we appreciate you taking the time to get in touch via the forums.
In regards to HDR, can you elaborate on what issue it is you're experiencing? We aren't able to see what this is in reference to.

not resolved and seems to affect certain programmes rather than channels?

Hi @phammond2
Thanks for posting and welcome back to the community. Sorry to hear of any TV issues. Can you expand on this as we'd like to help. No issues are showing when we do a system check, though one thing to note is your broadband hub has been online for 200+ days, please do when you get 5 minutes, unplug it, leave for 5 minutes and plug it back in :).
Best wishes.

Hi John
Some channel like Channel 4 and BBC2 have great picture quality with bright colours while other channels like ITV3 and ITV4 and 5 USA look dark or colours faded. I was told it may be due to HDR content?

Hi Phammond2,
AFAIK, none of the channels you mention are available in HDR. BBC2 content may be available in HDR for certain shows on iPlayer.

Hi John
Some channels look like a glossy photograph and others look like a matt photograph is the best that I can describe it

Hi
Speaking of photographs, it would perhaps help if you could post pictures of the "glossy" and "matt" programs and also state which programs and channels they are from.
Most modern TV's have different picture modes such as Vivid, Standard, Sports, Cinema, Game, and it may be that you need to try changing/cycling through those options to see if the image becomes any clearer.

Thank you for letting us know @phammond2. Are you able to post pictures here so we can best assess this? Is sound also affected similarly? Can you also let us know how long this issue has been ongoing for?

difficult to photograph. I would say the difference between a matt photograph and a glossy photograph in image quality. I think some programmes like NCIS are deliberately soft focus or dark image. There a sometimes slight differences in volume level but not as noticeable as the picture quality. Some images are similar to movie mode while others are like dynamic or vivid.
