Free apps not working, blank screen every time try to open any free app

How is your 360 connected to your hub, ethernet cable or wi-fi, this is the connection for the apps.
If you press the Home button, > Settings > System > Diagnostics and then you can check your Internet connection.
You do say all the free apps have you checked every one, I just checked iPlayer and that's OK.

This did resolve itself. It was ok up to today now all I get is a blank screen again

Thanks for coming back and updating the thread We're sorry to hear this issue has returned for you.
Going back to some of the questions Roy asked above: How is your 360 connected to your hub? Is this via ethernet cable or WiFi? We ask this as this is how the apps connect so if there is an issue with that, it can affect how the apps work. If you press the Home button, > Settings > System > Diagnostics and then you can check your Internet connection.
Is this happening on all apps? If not, please let us know which apps it is happening on.
Can you also advise if you're having any issues with Live TV or Catch Up/On Demand too?
And finally, do you have any additional boxes? If so, is the same happening on them?
