Hi been trying to get my Disney plus on my vm360 box for over a week now but keep getting

"App not Accessible CS2400"

I hate calling up anyone any ideas? 

Also a few other apps aren't working as normal

I am so sorry that you are facing this issue with your service! Can I just check have you made sure all the cables for the box are nice and tightly connected and nothing is loose?
