Do not have Upgrade to 360 on Home Screen

Hi Folks , A first timer on here. 
i have just recently, through phoning Virgin  , upgraded my contract which involves having to upgrade to 360.

Through following the instructions that I have received with the 2 remotes and mini box , I cannot get started as there is no option on the Virgin Media HOME screen. I have had a quick look around the forum community and found some answers that I’ve tried but not had any luck as yet. 
I have no Upgrade App on the Apps Page. 
Found the ad at the top of the Home Screen and just gives you the QR Code which takes you to the Upgrade Page on the web ( but that’s just for ordering your new remotes). 

I very also tried a total reboot by holding down power button and + on V6 TiVo box and it’s just  downloaded the TiVo software and cleared all my recordings , basically putting me back to TiVo factory default. 
Does anyone have any other tips to try? Thank you in advance.

If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
