Need some help on this CS2200 error on one of my TV boxes 

Due to issues i am having with emails with virgin i really do not want to call the awful customer service line anymore 

I get this error message on all of the main box. Done the normal checks. Plugs in and restarted box. Still same.

Every recording has an error message. The 2nd  box seems ok

The 360 upgrade is rubbish as it is and nowhere near as good as the previous software. Now i get this error.  Been with virgin over 20 years and now looking at Sky as there is no way they can be this bad.

If you have 2 updated V6 boxes to 360 software and one is faulty it will be replaced by a 360 mini box with no hard drive.

If you can't pause and rewind live TV which simulates a recording then it looks like a hard drive problem with the box.

If you don't want to call Virgin then it could be 2 to 3 day's before one of the forum team respond.

As a side issue what problems are you having with your email.

Cheers i guess i will have to bite the bullet and call the wonderful call centre then. I have 2 boxes with hard drives. The email problem is horrific and taken now 3 weeks for them to resolve as they removed the account and after 5 calls and about 3hours chat still waiting forgot to be reset. Kept getting the "have to wait 5 working days"
