So this is now the 3rd time this has happened to me the box is not fit for purpose and is a joke no power cut this time to cause the issue with recordings. Im fed up with this box and the issues it constantly has. Considering what I am paying I want a box that actually works year after year. Not every 10 months or so having to get it replaced.
Think it’s time to find a new provider! This is a joke!

No it’s still not working. I know that I need a new box yet again. Just need to sort out a time to get it sorted.
