What is the Scart connection at the rear of the box, is the USB port enabled?

Hi @pete37593 

The scart socket is non-functional and is not connected.  

I run some multi-colour LED lights via the 360's USB port, however there isn't sufficient power on the port to charge a mobile or use a usb keyboard
