Virgin 360 lost connectivity !!!
I have had 360 for almost two weeks no issues but last night early hours just finished watching a recording when I spotted red light flashing on box could nit use remote had to reboot three times and press t.v. and 0 together on remote pointing it at box and then it finally kicked back in it was a made has this happened to anyone else hope it does not happen tonight just too much

The 360 box receives over the air updates which are usually delivered overnight around 2am. It's possible that yours was upgrading to the latest version which is 5.20. That would explain the red light flashing. The red infinity symbol (like a sideways figure 8) can also sometimes flash if the box loses it's internet connection.
You can check which version your box is on by pressing the Home button on the remote and then going to Settings (the cog wheel icon) and then Info.
The screen will display a number of options, the top one says, "What's new in version xxx" where xxx is the version number. Yours will currently say either 5.19 or 5.20.
Also if the remote appears to have stopped working wiggle it a few times, and unless the batteries need replacing then the wiggling usually gets the remote working again.
