After issues yesterday with setting up the 360 update and having a tech visit arranged for 1st October both boxes are now working today however getting the following enclosed message. However the channel continues and I change channel and go back again and it's fine for a while. Any ideas?

Hi @Gottzi
What happens if you hit the back button on the 360 remote when the error message appears, and then press pause and play? Does the emssage disappear?
The image you posted doesn't show the full error code.
It's probably /tv-error-codes/cs2004/ If you click on the I've just posted it might solve the problem
(It starts with a quick system check and then reboots your hub.)

Is the box connected by ethernet cable or wi-fi, is that CS2004 the last digit is missing in your picture.

sorry the code is 2002. Press Ok and the message disappears only to return sometimes immediately sometimes much later.

Hi again @Gottzi
Although that code isn't shown in the TV360 error database, it is listed amongst the Stream box error codes (screenshot at the bottom of this post)
Basically it just advises to check the cabling, unplug from the mains for a minute, and then power on again.
Did you try hitting the back button on the 360 remote, and then press pause and play, as I suggested?
Have you used the /check-services/ function? You can also a run a test on your equipment from there, which might resolve the issue or book a tech visit..

Thanks for reaching out to us @Gottzi, and welcome back to our Community Forums!
Sorry to see the issue experienced with the channel seemingly not working for you as expected.
Can you please confirm if this is ongoing, or has the recent aforementioned engineer visit managed to resolve this matter for you?
Thanks,
