CS2400 error
I've had an issue with BBC1 and BBC2 for weeks. An App not accessible error appears with a CS2400 error. I habe tried restarting the box. I have also contacted virgin and was given a 5 day resolution...
I have this error now on my You Tube app on my tv, all my other apps work. I noticed that when I switched it on this morning it said an update had been installed - does anybody have a fix please?

Sorry to hear of the emergence of this error code.
Is this happening on YouTube via the set top box or are you using a Smart TV?

I am now getting this error for my YouTube app on 360 box, connected via ethernet. All other apps work
Hi Pomroy112,
I guess you have tried rebooting the box and that has made no difference, have you also tried factory resetting the box using the keep recordings option.
You won't lose your recordings and any planned recordings or series links you've set up, but you will have to sign into your apps such as iPlayer, Prime, Netflix and ITVX again, also Match frame rate and Standby power consumption will go back to their default settings if you have changed them.
