I get a CS2004 error code and cannot watch any live TV.
I have unplugged all coax cables and re connected
rebooted and factory reset the 360 box
checked all other connections
still getting the same issue

in addition, my internet connection has also been playing up and is intermittently very very slow.

Thanks but no outage and tbh it's been like it for a week or so but hadn't got around to unplugging and resetting everything until today.
