Why does the lip sync wander about? It's perfect one minute, then it drifts off, this is on the same programme.
It's the same on all channels. I tried all as far I am aware, but having no luck. So annoying. What are my options?

When I get time I will disconnect the sound bar.
FYI my 2nd box is connected to a AV amp and this works perfectly,

If your TV has a Digital Sound output setting make sure it's set to Pass Through or bitstream.
If you still have problems you could try connecting the 360 directly to the soundbar using a fibre optic cable.

Hi, I have tried getting rid of my 360 box after it was fitted following the demise of my old V6 box. I also have the voice sync issue and it drives me mad. Fine one minute, change channel and it's out again. I also do not like the user interface and program guide. I was passed from pillar to post, always being told there weren't any V6 boxes left so we are stuck with this pile of crap, it's not good enough. I think we are being forced to go totally to a streaming platform which I don't want

It's because the 360 box is crap and virgin know it but they won't do anything about it. Also the picture isn't the same quality as the old V6 box. They should bring the old box back.
