Apps signed out or unavailable

Hi,

Has anyone else using recently upgraded 360 had the issue where all the apps have been signed out - Netflix and Apple.

Or simply not available - Prime and Disney. Logging on to Disney is also problematic as it insists on a new password.

This happened to me tonight.

I had to use my smart TV to use the apps instead.

Based on my experience I would seriously consider whether you really want to upgrade to 360. The remote is too small, buttons in the wrong place and very small to read, the interface takes more clicks and presses, series links are less intuitive and the overall  user experience is, IMHO, downgraded from the V6. Stick to a TV or a device that works.

Thanks

And on top of that I am getting various messages telling me it cannot play recordings.  Error CS2217.

And the box had also started making a rhythmic humming sound.

All since the upgrade.

Hi @Loosecanons

Welcome back to the community forums

Sorry to hear you're having issues accessing the apps through the set top box. Did changing the password help you gain access to these again?

Regarding error code CS2217, can you power off the set top box completely and double check all cables are secure and tight without any kinks/twists or noticeable damage and then switch the box back on to see if this removes this error.

Keep us posted with how you get on.

Thanks for your help.

I've managed to reconnect to my apps but lost track of how often I've had to reboot since upgrading.

Even this morning I could not get a picture signal until I rebooted. I had sound but no picture.

It appears to be making recordings again but the others were lost.

Thank you
