Apps not launching

Does anyone have any problems getting into apps? It says they’re not launching on and off, with error code CS2400

Hi eeelaitch, thanks for the message. 

I have checked the ticket and there is no update at present and this is still being investigated.

Hi @eeelaitch 

Thanks for posting and welcome back to the community.

Can you turn the TV box off at the wall, check all the cables are firmly plugged in to the TV box, and then turn it back on and try the app again.

when I turn everything off the apps do work again. But surely I shouldn’t have to do this every time I want to use any of the apps? Seems a bit long winded.

All my Apps and Prime were fully accessible as of last night. I didn’t do anything they just reappeared.

This happened to me a while back and after several weeks of virgin telling me to turn on/off reconnect WiFi etc they sent an engineer who said the box was faulty and changed it. 
well , this week the same thing is happening AGAIN?!? 
as there appears to be loads of people with the same issue now Virgin need to sort out their service or boxes as we all pay a lot of money on top of their subscription to not be able to view it?
