All streaming apps have stopped working

I had an issue with Netflix app (red spinning disc of doom) and advice was to reset the box (option to save recordings). Since doing that, now Netflix, Disney and Paramount no longer work! It's not remembering sign in details every time I load the app, and once logged in it either states there's an issue or (in the case of Paramount) I get a regional licensing issue for every programme (even though it plays on my phone app).

We're sorry to hear you've been having an issue with accessing your apps. Checking this end, your box is showing as online and the signal levels to it are spot on too. 

Can you confirm how the box is connecting to the internet? Is this via ethernet cable or through your WiFi? 

Can you also confirm you have no VPN's set up or any programmes that may mask your IP Address?

Do you have issues on other apps such as BBC iPlayer or ITV X? What about live TV - any issues there?
