Since the 5.12 update the standby light has turned blue is this intentional - Box is operating fine.
[MOD EDIT: Subject title changed for clarity]

Hi @SteNix2020
My boxes updated to 5.12 overnight and the standby light on both boxes is still white.
I've just replied to another thread < here> where the customers standby is also blue.
I put it down to the LED fading, however I'll ask in the VIP forum as around 3 years it was changed from light blue to red

The light is still white when On but when box is off light is now blue. The box is less then 12 months old and before this update was the standard Red - as I said box operation is normal .

Hi again @SteNix2020
Thanks for the further clarification. Mine is still red when off.

Nothing to do with ageing, new 360 main box installed today and blue standby led

Yes my LED has gone from a nominal Red in standby to Blue too. I don't know if Virgin give any notes with their Firmware updates as they seem to keep their cards close to their chests on other technical issues I've unfortunately found.
No doubt someone has changed it by accident or by design in the Firmware update as those led's appear to be the multiple colour type, also indicated by the V3 modems 'powered on' "Cream" colour of choice.

It's gone back to red overnight here

Mine has also reverted back to Red when in standby mode. Thanks for VM for reaching out but the issue seems to have resolved it self.
