Good evening, can someone confirm if I am entitled to the Virgin 360 upgrade, will it cost me anything and will it affect my current contract?

Beware of the functions you'll lose, its a downgrade in lots of ways.

Changing to V360 is migration to a totally different TV platform, not an upgrade. TiVO V6 is a recording centric platform. V360 is centred around streaming content rather than recording.

If you haven't received an invitation (by email or anything else), it might not be free you will need a reply from one of the forum team to clarify your options.

If you do move to the 360 software and it's free it shouldn't mean moving to a new contract If you are still within your current contract, for example moving from Maxit to Mega TV package will lose TNT Sports should you move to a new contract.

As mentioned if you got an email for a free upgrade this would be free.

However you can upgrade anytime you wish.
