I've recently started a new contract with the new 360 upgrade included, I currently have the V6 box and was sent a new remote controller but when I tried the upgrade it came back with an error MA1/15/40 after attempting a reboot this did nothing, so contacted virgin media after speaking to 3 people and 1 hour 30 mins on the phone the faults team could not fix this and would have to send me a new 360 box instead so I'm hoping this will cure the problem, has anyone had the same issue?

It seems reasonably common.
Bear in mind though, the 360 is not an upgrade, it's just a change of system to bring the UK in line with other Liberty Global companies and use their in house software rather than the 3rd party TiVo software. It is missing a large number of features from the V6\TiVo box and adds very little in return.

Sorry to hear you were having this issue, with this can you confirm if you have had the box arrive yet and if so has this been able Togo about processing the upgrade through?
