Hi. I’ve received my 360 remote today and followed the onscreen upgrade instructions.
it states it’s completed as the upgrade app is no longer showing however nothing has changed?
Am I missing something? The remote works, the my shows recordings have been deleted. The original remote still works too!
I am confused and am going round in circles reading all the articles.
Any help appreciated.

If your box has been updated to 360 then using the 360 remote press the Home button and go to Settings, Info and the Software version should be either 5.13 or 5.14 which is currently being rolled out.
You could also try using the voice control to see if that works.
What looks the same ?

I will check the software version you’ve mentioned so thanks for that.
voice control doesn’t seem to work.
All the menus look the same as the TiVo version.
I saw you can have more than one profile but that doesn’t seem to show.
I will check the software version tomorrow and let you know how I get on

If you have updated to 360 software your TV guide should look something like the picture below,

Your box is running TiVo-software, and is thus still a V6.

Thank you all - it’s now working!
The origin remote had batteries in still, I think it may have been confusing the box 😊 all upgraded and working
