Both boxes upgraded to 360. Keep getting errors on trying to view recordings, with none displayed or displayed but errors trying to load and play. Also get errors where box says error connection to internet. Also get buffering message during view of programmes. All these are intermittent on both boxes. Reboot of the offending box does resolve the issue, but returns after the box goes to standby. Help calls propose rebooting which I have already done.

If you have some error codes that might help, are both boxes connected by ethernet cable or wi-fi to the hub.

Hi. I am sorted now thanks. Virgin decided I required a new box, which I now have.
