Hey everyone,
Recently upgraded to 360 from v6 & everytime I have to sign in to all the apps (netflix, prime. Iplayer etc). Does 360 not keep you signed in? Really annoying more than anything!

Sorry to hear you can't see my colleague message.
If you look in the right corner you will see a tiny bell and next to you will see a message box.
If you click there you will see the message from my colleague. cheers

My 360 box has been doing this since yesterday. Really annoying, netflix and BBC logged out both days. Our box has been fully powered down every night since the price of electricity went mental as it really is a hungry device and this will not be changing. Any solutions?

Hey, I put up with this for 6 months & in the end the only solution was a new box. Call the Faults Team & get an engineer out.

Thank you fort reaching out to us in our community and welcome back, sorry to hear you are facing issues with your 360 box signing out of Apps.
By turning your box off each night you may not be getting the needed updates to the box, have you also checked our Service Status to make sure there are no area faults which may be causing this?

I too am suffering form being signed out of apps, and having to constantly resign in.
Has a satisfactory answer been found yet???????

In the end it was a new Box that was required, as recordings kept being lost as well. If you can, book an engineer ASAP.
