I installed my TV360 box today, and when I've gone into Apps>Subscriptions to open SkySports+, I get an error message. In the top right, there is an error code which is, TS2/2/10337 and a message which says "Oops, there's been a technical glitch. Please try again later or head to [QR code] my.virginmedia.com and sign in to your My Virgin Media account to manage your entertainment subscriptions."
I've done that, and there's no option to manage my subscriptions. SkySports+ was the only reason I took the upgrade. I've searched for the error code, with no success. Any ideas?

If you're a Sky Sports subscriber then just tune to a Sky Sports channel (but not News, Mix or Racing) and press the red button to watch Sky Sports+. It's not an app.
