360 box unable to record

I noticed last night that a few things I'd set to record had question marks within the red circle. A further check showed the box was full.

I deleted a load of stuff from it and it's still showing as full. I thought it was supposed to hold 500 hours. There can't be more than 100 hours on there but it still won't record.

If you can't pause and rewind live TV then it sounds like a hard drive problem and will need the box replacing.

You can either call Virgin on 150 from a Virgin phone, mobile or landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone to report a fault, or wait here for one of the forum team to pick this up which might be 2 to 3 day's.

When phoning choose the option to report a fault, then ignore all the options offered and you should then be placed into a queue to speak to someone.

 

****ing POS won't even turn on now.

Sounds like you need to make that phone call.
