360 box storage issue

We’ve had this box for 1 month, only about 15 hours of recordings saved, and it is saying we have no storage left & cannot record anything else. Anyone had similar/have advice? We have done a factory reset, keeping recordings, and situation unchanged. Thanks.

Have you tried to delete something to see if you can still delete and if you can are you then able to record something. If you can't delete anything then your box probably has a hard drive problem and will need replacing.

I assume you can't also pause and rewind live TV which would be another indication of a hard drive problem.
