360 box recording - no sound, starts part way through

On our wavelength

I’m having issue with recordings on my 360 box. 
The first one is whenever I select “watch” (even where it offers “watch from start” and I select that), the recording starts part way through. It can be 5 minutes in, half way through, the end of the recording. It seems random. It actually playing from the start is definitely the exception. 

The other issue is it never plays with sound at the first attempt (even on the very odd occasion it actually plays from the start). It takes coming out of the recording and starting it again multiple times to get it to play sound.

Any ideas?
