360 box not working

Hi Stuart I have exactly the same issue. I rang 150 and after being passed around for over an hour , I was told a technician will contact  me in about 3 to 5 days. To say I am not happy is an understatement. I hope you have better success.

To anybody reading this Gareth is my superhero. he has fixed the problem for me .

This is after about 4 people on 150 said I would have to have an technician look at it
