360 box not delivered

Upgraded from v6 to 360, was advised that I would be receiving a 360 box and remote, However I have only received the remote.

If you already have a V6 box you will only receive the remote. 

There will be a update you need to install from the home page of the V6 box using the new remote you received.

If you have a V6 box the V6 box will be software updated to 360 software you only need to receive the new remote and follow the instructions.

The upgrade to 360 might either appear in your Home screen or Apps, just make sure you watch all your recordings before going ahead because it does reformat the hard drive and delete everything, it also should automatically update after about 5 days of you receiving the remote.

Hi @EstD 

You only receive a new 360 remote when migrating from a V6 to  360.

The V6 box receives an over  the air update to the 360 Horizon platform.

It's exactly the same box but with a different firmware/operating system.

The older tivo are swapped out for 360 boxes as they aren't capable of running the Horizon 360 system.

Make a note of any series links you have because you can only reset them when they appear on the EPG.
