360 box failing

Updated to 360 couple of weeks ago.

Tv was starting to pixilate one couple of channels to spoke to help. They said they would send message to team to fix. Did improve over few days but not 100%.

Yesterday would not switch on to turned off and on. Seemed OK

Today slow to turn on and all recordings lost but otherwise seemed OK.  

Tonight when switched off light very dim. Not been set to eco.

Reading here it is all through hallmarks of a faulty box so can someone arrange for s replacement please.
