My 360 box had become slow, it has subsequently deleted all the recordings a number of times and the catchup apps (IPlayer, ITVX etc) need login details re-entering every day. It has started freezing and reset itself a couple of times too. I've done the manual reset a couple of times, with seems to help for a week, but then the problems come back.
Please help

If the 360 is deleting your recordings it may be a sign that the box is faulty, especially if it's done it more than once.

I am having the same issues and more. I’ve had enough now!! Had VM fitted in December 23 and I stopped counting the number of times it has lost my recordings when it got to 10 times.
I have to sign in to the apps every time I use them, then it gives an error message. I constantly get different error codes and don’t get me started on reporting a fault.
The people answering the phones are rude and abrupt. They read from a script and do not listen to what you are saying so I have given up.

I'm in exactly the same position myself. Called up today after losing everything three times. Had a long and painful conversation with someone, made more difficult since I constantly had to ask them to repeat themselves. Ultimately working through the script led to them asking me to turn off the auto delete functionality, which is clearly not the issue. I had to give up with no resolution after 30 minutes because I needed to return to work.
Thankfully I'm only paying about £10 monthly for TV360. I'm going to switch to Freeview or possibly Sky and get it removed as soon as the contract is over.
