I’m thinking of upgrading my virginmedia package to from 350mbps to 1gig and to include TV. I use a Deco mesh router with my existing Virgin router as a modem. Can the 360 box connect to the mesh router using WiFi?

Yes. When you do a search on your TV360 for local wireless SSIDs, choose whatever you've called the hotspot created by your mesh router and connect as you would normally.
There's a requirement for the underlying connection to be a VM broadband, but the router you use is immaterial.

Hi @EricasUncle 👋.
Thanks for reaching out to us, you can certainly upgrade your speeds if we supply the full 1gb to your area, should we be able to if you have not already you will be upgraded to a Hub 5. Whilst we do not recommend using third party hardware as it can hinder the Hubs performance we also cannot stop customers. If you do struggle with signal issues should you choose to upgrade we do have our own mesh network system that is available to 1gb customers at no extra cost. You can read all about it here 👉 Wi-Fi Max, we would also advise to download this app for home diagnostic and speed testing 👉 Connect.
If there are any questions that you have that are not on the information that we have supplied, please do come back to us and we can answer all your questions.
