The error code is CS9995 and appeared suddenly. All other devices are connected with no issues. It started with the 360 box and now also the mini box. Rebooting the boxes makes no difference. When I called the tech line they for some reason transferred me to gadget rescue? I was then transferred back to tech support….they could not help and said the issue has been escalated. This is very frustrating as I have kids with special needs that rely on tv apps. Any advice will be great. Thank you.

Hi Shaf78,
Sorry to hear about the issues you're experiencing with your 360 and mini box. The error code CS9995 means the TV box can't connect to the WiFi
Can we ask if everything is okay now? If not you can check the code here and follow the help step by step.
Please let me know if you still need assistance.

Not sure if this will help, but my 5ghz WiFi would not connect to my 360 box this evening, or at least it kept disconnecting and although the 5ghz was active, it wasn't showing as a connection in the network settings on the 360 box.
I saw another topic which suggested that some of the higher channels that 5ghz uses might not be optimal for the 360 box. Mine had decided to use channel 108 and the reply on the topic said to set it to 36 or 44.
My 5ghz setup on the hub was set to use Smart channels for 5ghz. I turned this off and manually selected channel 36. Now the tv box is connecting ok.
I'm hoping this fixes my problem for good, and hopefully could be the reason you are having a problem and fix that too.
Sorry this isn't more detailed but hopefully enough for you to make the change on the hub/router.
Good Luck

If the main box is close enough to the hub the recommended connection is using ethernet cable, how are both boxes connected as you haven't said.
