Hi, I had a few connection issues with my 360 box so I turned it all off & back on. I have now lost all my recordings (I had used about 80% of storage for the recordings). I used the help bot on the app & now have an engineer due to visit at the weekend. Is there anything else I can try to get the recordings back, as everything else is now working ok, or am I better waiting on the engineer?

Sorry to hear of the issues you've been experiencing with the lost recordings on your set top box.
We would have to advise that an engineer would usually be booked in if all diagnostics and remote attempts at fixing have been exhausted.
Do please keep us posted with how the engineer visit goes and we'll be on hand to assist further where possible
