I am having issues paying off my handset loan i took out with Virgin. O2 are saying that they can't help, and directing me to Virgin, and Virgin are also claiming they can't help. The numbers that were included in my credit agreement are no longer online.
I'd like to pay off my handset loan so that I can upgrade now, without the additional monthly payment.
Can anyone help please?
