iPhone contract

Hi

I bought an iPhone through virgin mobile around 2 years ago - monthly finance £19 per month, over 3 years. My bill direct debit increased to £25 per month without explanation a few months ago. It’s impossible to find out why - passed from pillar to post. Constantly passes to o2 who don’t handle the old phone finance contracts. Has this happed to anyone else?

I have a copy of my agreement which shows £19 per month for the phone for 3 years - but now the direct debit has gone up to £25 per month without explanation
