I took out a Virgin Media IPAD contract in October 2020.
I know it’s due to end soon but cannot access the contract (via the email sent in 2020) and when speaking with the Virgin Media team (3 x phone calls this morning) - no-one can find my account but VM are still taking £33 per month from me.
who do I speak to to locate my account/contract please as when trying to register online none of the details are recognised.

I am so sorry to hear that you have been unable to locate the information regarding your loan for your iPad, this would now have been transferred to O2 and you would need to contact them to discuss it.

Hi Ashleigh, I’ve spoken with 02 and they have only taken over the airtime for my phone.
My DD for my iPhone and iPad devices is still with Virgin Media - as confirmed by 02.
Someone somewhere is still taking the money so these contracts must be with at least one agency but both 02 and VM say not.
So do I cancel both DD in the hope that someone will actually contact me and eventually find the contracts?

I’ve finally found them via a very helpful link that one of your colleagues has put elsewhere in the forum.
after this messing, shan’t be getting any further contracts with Virgin. 😔

As there was a migration over to O2 we do advise reaching out to them to discuss mobile or handset issues as they typically have taken ownership. If a migration has not occurred however you can reach out to our Credit Agreement team who may be able to assist further on 0345 602 4420.
