Hello
I've got 2 phones I need ported over. The pady started the process yesterday, so I'm off eir now but not on Virgin. It's also impssible for me to call customer service.

I’m assuming you need VM IE as eir is an IE mobile carrier? This is the UK VM site and would be unable to assist.
