Virgin Mobile Device and O2

Hi, can anyone help. A few years ago I took out a Virgin Mobile contract for my daughter. Now that I have been moved O2 and I can't find any contract details anywhere. I'm trying to find out when both contracts end or how much it would cost to buy the remainder of the contracts. Virgin website offers absolutely no help at all so hoping a community moderator can help me.

Thank you so much for your post and welcome back to the community forums, it's great to have you here. 

I am so sorry that you have faced this issue finding your contract information but we would be more than help to help here. If this is in regards to the SIM cards, then this would be with O2 now and you can contact them in regards to these contracts here

If this is however in regards to the handset deals, we do send out an email with your contract information at the point of sale with a link to where you can check this online. Have you been able to check this for this email? 

We do also have a special team you can contact in regards to the handset agreement on 0345 602 4420.
