Hi I had a VM SIM only account which VM moved to O2. I now cannot access my account for this number through VM and my O2 account only shows my second mobile account taken out directly with O2. Any idea how I can resolve this?

I am so sorry that you have faced this issue with your SIM. To clarify, as your SIM has now migrated over to O2 there would not be a My Virgin Mobile account for the SIM. You should however have an O2 account for this number.
We would advise reaching directly to O2 to have them look into this for you. You can view how to contact them online here.
