I have an O2 sim card as part of my package but I have lost the sim card. How do I order a new one?
I do not know the number associated with the O2 sim as it's never been activated.

An O2 sim was part of my package but as I already had a mobile contract with another provider, I haven't used it. The other contract is ending next month so I planned to use the O2 sim.
It's been a nightmare trying to resolve but I think I've sorted it out now. I guess Sunday evening was the worst time to try and sort it out!
