Replacement SIM card

Hi

I had an O2 SIM card as part of my package and now I can’t find it. It may have been chucked out. Can I get a replacement?  I can’t see anything on the apps that can help. Impossible to contact humans outside office hours these days. Customer service isn’t what it used to be!

    Sorry to hear you need a bit of help with an O2 SIM card. You will need to speak to O2 for further support. You can do this via 👉 https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus 📲8002 from an O2 mobile or over 📞 0800 977 7337 from a landline.

    Hopefully they can get another sent out to you ASAP 🤞

  • They can’t so I am paying for a SIM card that I cannot use. The problem is that my O2 account is locked because my Virgin account was opened over the phone with the wrong email address. Although this was eventually and very recently resolved for my Virgin account, it has not been fixed for my O2 account. So all my bills and related personal data is being emailed to someone I don’t know. This is unacceptable and not my fault.

      Thanks for coming back to us Grace5. Unfortunately there isn't anything that we can do from here as we dont have any access to the O2 system. You would need to contact O2 to have this investigated further.
