Replacement O2 sim card

I have an O2 sim card as part of my package but I have lost the sim card. How do I order a new one?

I do not know the number associated with the O2 sim as it's never been activated.

    Hi Kidunne thanks for posting and welcome back to our community.

    When you say mobile phone provider, do mean you want to verify if you have an active sim with O2? If so, please see here for their contact details.

      An O2 sim was part of my package but as I already had a mobile contract with another provider, I haven't used it. The other contract is ending next month so I planned to use the O2 sim.

      It's been a nightmare trying to resolve but I think I've sorted it out now. I guess Sunday evening was the worst time to try and sort it out!
