I am having the same issue. Between Virgin and O2, no one seems to know who is managing the handset agreements since the merge. Please tell me how I can pay off my handset!

I have a handset with Virgin. I have called 4 or more different numbers over the past several days to be told by everyone I speak too that its someone else that deals with this. I go to O2 and they say its Virgin. I call Virgin and some areas I don't get past the automation because I don't have an account, and when I do get through I get told that O2 are dealing with it so get put through to another department who says no its Virgin. I have been in this loop for 7 days. PLEASE SORT THIS OUT! All I want to do is settle the account!

Hi @marktrek182uk,

Thank you for your post and welcome back to our community forums. We're here to help.

I'm sorry to hear you're having some trouble contacting the relevant team to make a payment towards a handset loan agreement.

As @newapollo has mentioned, it'd be best to contact our dedicated team on 0345 602 4420 who can assist you with that. We cannot process any payments from here I'm afraid.

Let us know how you get on either way.

Thanks,

Yep I’ve been going round in this circle now for 3 months. I’ve even had an O2 call centre worker tell me he knows O2 don’t deal with the handset loans because he was a former Virgin customer services. So I rang Virgin and……. They’ve not a clue just tell me to call O2
