Proof of purchase - urgent

I urgently need proof of purchase for my mobile phone for an insurance claim - o2 cannot help me with this and I cannot get through to Virgin on the phone. Can you please help me asap?

Sorry to hear that you've not been able to speak with O2 regarding your proof of purchase. 

Can you advise, where you bought the phone? Was this through O2 or with us? 

Did you purchase this through a shop or online?

It was with Virgin mobile in July last year. O2 are only able to provide me with details on my airtime plan but they cannot provide me with proof of purchase as the device was purchased through virgin

I purchased the device over the phone by speaking to a member of your team

You can request proof of purchase by completing this form here and sending this back to us at proofofpurchase@virginmedia.co.uk

 

We'll then email you back within the following 5 working days with your Proof of Purchase, and we'll also send a copy directly to your insurer if you've asked us to do so.

I still haven’t received my proof of purchase despite submitting this form and my insurance provider is going to close my claim if I do not provide this asap - can you please chase this up for me its very urgent
